On the printer itself --> press the setup button--> use the arrow keys on the printer and move to print report option --> press ok when you select print report--> Find out fax confirmation option and press ok --> turn it on.
If you do not find the Fax confirmation option under print report then find it under Tools option.
Press setup on printer --> press arrow key on printer and finid tools --> under that try to find the fax confirmation option.
once you switch on the fax confirmation option on the printer. every time you send a fax you will receive a fax confirmation also.
