Can't hear voice calls on my Samsung Tocco Ultra

When I call someone or someone calls me on my Samsung Tocco Ultra, I can't hear them. The person on the other end can hear me. This has only happened in the last couple of days, the phone has been working fine for the past 11months!

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad, that is why you cannot hear anything while you call or if you are called.

All you need to do is to change the earpiece of your phone and you will see that after changing it, you can hear when people call or when you are called.

Replace the earpiece as said and you will see that your communication with other people on the phone will move smoothly.

your phone have an option. like phone settings. go inside that option. there a one option like factory setting & reset option. there you need security code.enter your security code. your phone work as new phone.
if it not work again. then, go for update your mobile.which is provided on your mobile company website.

I have no sound what so ever on my phone, i cant even make phone calls as i hear nothing but the person on the other end of the line can hear me fine!!!!!

I think the problem you are experiencing has to do with the earpiece of your phone.All you need to do is to get to a phone store and replace the earpiece so that your phone can work perfectly again.

Samsung Tocco goes straight to voicemail when someone rings me , doesn't ring at all on my handset

Should be able to fix that in tools and settings,, call settings or auto answer settings..

Cannot make video calls on Samsung Tocco

Normally, your service needs to be specifically enabled to make video calls (especially if this your first 3G phone and you've just used your SIM card from your old 2G phone). If this is the case ring your providers customer service and they should be able to enable it there and then.
Also, both you and the person you're ringing have to be in a 3G service area (often more limited than the general "voice call" coverage area).

Block numbers on samsung tocco ultra

It is not possible to block numbers. Try using Privus Mobile. Google it-it is great software!
