It usually happens to Motorola K1 once the K1 is already paired up with another Bluetooth device, or if the connecting phone uses a different Bluetooth PIN code.
Make sure that your phone is not paired with another Bluetooth device (i.e. another phone or Bluetooth headset). Then try to use 1234 or 0000 as your Bluetooth PIN code.
If same problem occur, make sure that the two devices are within the Bluetooth wireless range (10 meters for Class 2).
If that did not resolve the problem, then there's a problem with the Bluetooth program in your phone. Contact the manufacturer and have them re-program the phone.
