PUK can be provide by your sim card provider. No one other than them can provide you the PUK code. So please contact them

in the e- mail tool bar select accounts, select e-mail and insert his details
Ask a service provider how to delete you e- mail address but remember that in doing so you will have to create a new e-mail address for what ever you use and tell all of your contacts of the new address
I suggest it better to leave it as the new address for your grandson will capture his mail and leave yours alone to get from other devices
I would suggest going in to a service provider shop and having it sorted out to suit you both

Hi,
To make your GPRS working you should first need the settings for it.You cannot set it.Your network provider should give the default gateway address for it.Then only you can use it.
If you already have set the GPRS setting and now if it is not working because the network service provider would have changed the gateway Ip address.You have to again set the new one.

Please call your network service provider and ask him to send the GPRS settings for your mobile.He/she will ask for the mobile model and send you the appropriate GPRS setting.You will get the settings as an SMS.go to iIbox and save the setting...

Now you can work with it.Your phone has no issues with GPRS.Only network service provider has to give the correct settings.

you have to get the unlocking code from the sumsung website or from your network provider... unfortunately some manufacturers and networks charge for the unlock code so be prepared to pay a little money for it... sorry i couldnt be of more help

samsung e250 also have mobile tracker security function are you used them........so cell will notify your desired no. when sim card will change in your cell ........
or contact service provider for tracing your cell by the emie no which is identify your cell........
