Yes its the developer motor. mite need to be replaced I would check the developer unit first, also mite replace the developer

sometimes if there is a fax board on the back and the power switch is off on that it wont light up the display. either that or something is wrong with the display itself. sometimes those ribbon cables have to be replaced that power it.

You have a large capacity double tray, the code is for the lift up motor in the right hand tray (that lifts the paper stack to the rollers) pull out the tray and see if there is paper wadded between the tray and the back wall of the machine blocking the motor boss from meshing with the tray.

Clear the motor error code with SIM 15 in the service area of the machine (from copy mode, # * C * to access)

If the code comes back your lift motor is worn out and needs to be replaced

You have to change the sensor that is after the fuser.

The machine is indicating there is a paper jam in the fuser that has not been cleared. Paper will fold in the fuser tight and may be difficult to see.

Network scanner tool (or NST) comes bundled with the Sharpdesk application. It can be loaded as a standalone but it is bundled software. If you have dealer access to Sharp's website you could download the software from there.
If this is a client of yours you should be selling them another copy of the software as it is no fault of your own that they misplaced the CD plus its extra revenue.
