If you press had hold down the Pound # key it should unlock silent mode, my grandson did this to my phone and it took me forever to figure it out
Consult your users' manual that came with the phone. Look for information regarding a "Master Reset". Any information *not* stored on your SIM card or in other card memory WILL BE RESET and LOST. This includes any settings you may have made to include the mistaken setting of silent mode.
If asked for a master reset pass-code, common Cricket/Nokia codes read like luggage combinations...
Try "0000" or "1234".
If it asks for a 5 digit, put in 12345.
If it asks for a PUC, call Cricket 1-800 service hot-line from LANDLINE with the cell phone in hand and operating properly.
Make sure that your battery is fully charged before starting the master reset sequence! Good luck. :D
