0845 726 7864 samsung know of this problem and are doing free fixes to all of them just phone the number it doesnt matter about the warranty as they have extended them all free to 5 yrs.
There are numerous problems including noisy fan that stops when doors open to no water and all are free to fix.
This is caused by the ice building up in at the back - the fan catches the ice and eventually will stop. With the fan malfunctioning the temperature will rise and the light then flashes. Keep searching the web, and you will find instructions how to remove the back and de-ice it. I had exactly the same problem 2 months ago. Make sure that it is fully de-iced, including the tray at the bottom. Ours has worked OK since!
unitl you either cleanr the code or repair the fault that is what you see.the fault is the ice maker sensor is not reading correctly. check the plug connections for the sensor. if you would like you can contact me and i will help you with this problem.
I have the same symptom too - freezer temperature flashes at -2. "Power Freezer" or setting it to any other temperature is not working either.
As a result, no ice being made. Please help!
