Yes you can. But I saw that your Manfrotto is possible to buy for 50 Euro.
Anyway the part you need is the full leg called CODE:
R785,203B
you can see the datasheet on the spare part site of Manfrotto:

Video camera attaches backwards

Is the anti-rotaion pin in the way? It is the fixed pin that may not allow you to mount the camera correctly,if the camera does not have an anit-rotation hole. You can remove the pin and it should work fine.

Trouble opening legs of my manfrotto tripod

Manfrotto have great warranties. If it is new, send it to Manfrotto to repair/replace the parts and make it whole again. If parts are worn it will be hard to tell you how to fix it without pictures, or know which model tripod you have.

Leg stuck on Manfrotto 732CY tripod

Other than the leg locks themselves, sometimes Manfrotto expands the last portion of the leg tube that slides into the leg tube above it. If you need some spare parts you can find them here.

bogen and manfrotto are the same company

I have a Manfrotto 058 tripod. One leg wont hold weight & retracts under load. This model uses a quick release lever at the top of the leg to control the telescopic height of each leg. How can I repair...

If you notice, the legs locks are attached to bothe the upper part of the leg and the sloghtly smaller diameter lower. Take a socket (8mm I believe) and tighten the lower 2 nuts to the bottom of the leg lock.

Removing Tripod head from center post on Manfrotto Modo 785B

I have the national geographic branded version. Here is how you remove the head.

(1) remove the center post from the tripod
(2) lock the ball head with the trigger lock
(3) grasp the body of the ball head with one hand and the center column with the other.
(4) turn counter clockwise.

If you're intending to replace the ballhead, be warned that the thread is non-standard. I have a new "plug" with a standard 1/4" thread made for free by the machinist at my job. I don't know how you would go about adapting it without such a capability.
