Try their web site. Go to http://www.fossil.com/en_US/shop/customer_care/static/fossil-customercare.html . You will find a set of instructions; choose the ones for your watch and download.

How to set or restart the fossil automatic ME 1030? Because the problem now is when the time turn at 12 at midnight, the date din turn..

sometimes during time set, the hands are set to change date at day time.
check it your date turns during 12 noon, if yes move the hands clockwise until you set your time and date on sync.
say you want to set your watch date:10th and time:10:15am
adjust your date at 9th
then move your hands clockwise until the date turns to 10th at the 12 thats the 12 midnight.
then continue moving your hands clockwise until you reach 10:15am

I cant adjust the date for my Fossil AM4205..help!

mcdevito75 here, If your Fossil watch has a winding stem it may have 2 positions, gently place a fingernail under the crown and lift as gently as possilble, this should allow you to adjust the date without having to cycle thru the 24 hours to get to the date you want. It may take practise but that first position should be there, Set the date to 1 day before the date you need, then set the watch normally the full 24 hour cycle to get the date you want, this way the watch date will set as suppose to at about mid-night for the next days date.

You can also visit Fossil Watch online at Fossil Watches.com or visit a small watch repair shop in your area for adjustment help.

My me1020 came without instructions and i do not know how to set the date, min nor theday please help

Actually there is no instruction manual for ME1020 available on Fossil website except for how to replace the battery. When you try to match ME1020 model with the available diagrams, there is no match (4 eyes). To set the time, pull the crown out to the second position. Now set the min/hour hands. Date hand is linked to it so keep rotating the crown till the date is set is set correctly. Now remaining is the day setting. Notice that the day changes every 24 hour mark on the 24 Hour sub-dial, so cross this mark to change the day. Go reverse & again cross the 24 hour mark to get the next day. Repeat this till you get the correct day setting. Now your day is also set along with date & time!

I cant set the time, I would like to set the correct time, know how to set the alarm and be able to view the day date and time, I think it can show all of that....It was working and now, nothing :(

Perhaps you have operated a number of options that have confused the poor thing! I suggest that you obtain a copy of the user instructions and to do this you should go to the Fossil web site (fossil.com) and enter "Phillipe Stark" in the search box.

Got to the bottom of the screen and there is a menu of alternatives; choose "customer care".

The next page has a menu on the left, choose "watch instructions"

Select the illustration that matches your watch and choose the instructions by the model number.

If you cannot get the watch to operate satisfactorily even when you have followed the instructions, then you can only contact the manufacturer and aask for help.

Changing the date on a fossil watch- how do you do it?

Which Fossil do you own?

Analog Date Watch:
Date Setting
  1. Pull the crown out to position 2.
  2. Turn the crown either clockwise or counter-clockwise and set the date for the previous day. The direction that moves the date varies on different watch models.

Analog Automatic:
Time and Date Setting

  1. Pull crown out to position 2 and rotate clockwise to set time.
  2. Pull crown out to position 3; date will advance automatically. To set to required date, continue to rotate crown between positions 2 and 3.
  3. Push crown back to position 1.
Analog Digital:
Time and Calendar Setting

  1. Press and hold pusher A for 2 seconds to enter setting mode. Year will begin flashing.
  2. Press pusher A to select year, month, date, hour, minute, second, and then exit setting mode.
  3. Press pusher B to adjust digit.
  4. Press and hold pusher B to adjust digit automatically.
  5. If no pushers are operated for 30 seconds, setting will be returned to Normal Time Display.

These are the three most common Fossils. If yours isn't here please let me know which model you have and I'll get you the instructions.
Hope this helps.

Setting the day on my watch

Try this: pull out the winding crown to the first click and change the date. Memorize which way the crown turns to do that. Now turn the crown in opposite direction and the day should adjust.
This solution wrks for most of the makes.
If this doesb't work - submit the make, model and all the writings on watch caseback.
