How do I print an envelope from the Canon MP150

Printing envelopes on Canon MX892: Remove paper from rear tray. Adjust gray width handlers to the size of your envelope. Insert a blank envelope in the rear feeder, with flap oriented on the back left side.

Open microsoft office and click on new office document then choose blank document. Click on mailings at the top of the screen and then choose envelope. Enter the information you want to print on the envelope on the screen and then click file and print to print it.

You will need to load an envelope in the right way for your printer to print on that instead of paper.

Remove the paper to see the envelope feeder and direction that they need to be loaded. Then create your envelope in Microsoft word or an equal program and click on file and print.

The procedure for performing envelope printing is as follows:

1. Fold down the envelope flap.

2. When loading the envelope in the rear tray, orient the envelope so that the flap is on the left and the folded surface is facing down.

3. Open the printer driver setup window, and select Envelope from the Media Type list on the Main tab.

4. Click the Page Setup tab, and select Youkei 4, Youkei 6, Comm. Env. #10, or DL Env. for Page Size.

5. Select Landscape for Orientation.

6. Click OK.

When you execute print, the information is printed on the envelope.

Turn the printer off.
Wait 20 seconds.
Turn the printer on.
Lift the cover -- hopefully, the print-head will move to the position where the cartridges can be accessed.
Remove one cartridge.
Re-insert that cartridge.
Close the lid.
If you still get the "blinking", re-open the lid, remove the other cartridge, and re-insert that cartridge.

If you take the paper out of it, there is usually a picture of how envelopes are to be inserted for printing on the paper tray. Most likely the envelope goes upside down, either over to the far left or right of the paper tray, the paper guide would slide up agaisnt it flush.

I print envelopes a lot for my business.
What I do is I use the regular paper feed, and I open the flap on the envelope so that it's flatter. Simply slide the paper guide to adjust to the size of the envelope.
Also, typically the orientation for printing envelopes is sideways. You put the left edge of the envelope in the printer first. If you are unsure of the orientation, simply do your first print on plain paper. Then you'll know how to insert the envelope.

Put the evelopes in the bypass tray.As soon as you insert envelopes on the touch screen different papersize options will apear.Select the envelope size.Then you are set to copy or print on the envelope.
