you have to configure from server of or you have to give rights to users it it's working fine with Win7 Tally 9

Dont register the other tally with internet . just put the CD key and use it

Windows XP supports only 10 people in netwoking and not more.
Think u should change your OS to Windows NT or else Windows 2003.
