your puk number should be in your handbook if you had purchased the phone new ,if not try the last 3 numbers of the serial number if not try calling your phone contract supplier -you could sneek a peek on you tube by trying in search typing in how do i find my puk code for a kg800-hope this may help mick
To get the PUK code please contact your service provider.They wil give you the PUK code by checking weather the mobile is yours, So please give correct information so as to get the PUK code
The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
the puk is 90223231 and the pin is 1210 thats if you got and LG KG800!

that sounds like a sim card problem....you should contact your mobile provider or look in the envelope that the simcard came in to and you will see two puk code numbers enter either one and follow the step by step instructions.
i typed in the password to many times and now it is locked and says "please enter PUK code"
please help!!!!!!!!!!!
