Eric, I pulled apart the pump, replaced the check valve, still no water dispensing. I am getting air through both, I put an egg cup with water and the hose from the top of the check valve into the water and get active bubbling during the cycle. What I did observe though, was a back wash of hot water coming from the very top hose coming from the water tank. It was about two tablespoons of water. Any suggestions?? cheers, deb

in the water tank you have 2 sillicon tube one of them is stretch at maximum and usaly strech in 2. cut the part split and connect it again. the probleme is because the silicon left is propryety when is strech in very hot water. the best way to slove this problem is to find about 1 in of silicon tube of 1/4 or 3/16 iner and put the new parts of tube directly on the bafle and put the original tube in the new on. it just make a link betwen the bafle and the original tube. put teflon tape on the fitting of the bafle to avoid of the new tube spout out from the fitting.//// but take care and other touble can cause this the pump can be jam because the one way valve on the side of the brewer jam open because is to teith in in is body. check all is thing .if you need somthing eles y will comme back on the site soon :0)

SOURCE: the pump does not work
We had the same problem with our Platinum Keurig - the water would dribble out and stop before a full cup was brewed. It turns out the 3 openings to the upper needle were clogged (the Keurig specialist helped us). You have to pull off the little mushroom-shaped gasket first, then use a straightened paperclip and stick it into the 3 openings on three sides of the upper needle, moving it around for 15 seconds in each opening. Replace the gasket and then, by not inserting a k-cup, flush plain water through the needles for 3 different 6-oz brews (use a measuring cup to check). If you are still getting short-cups, you will likely need to call customer service. Make sure to clean the lower needle too - the instructions are in the book - but be careful not to break the funnel cover when removing. Good luck!
