Hi, I'm using a Fujitsu T4215, and my a, z, c, n, h, tab, spacebar, down arrow key stopped working altogether simultaneously. I have removed the keys and cleaned the contacts but they still do not work. The device manager reported no problems, and rebooting the laptop has no effect. However, the keys worked for a few seconds on two occasions. Hope you can help, thanks!

You have Num Lock on. Turn it off.Generally Function and End or one of those keys.

You need to send it to Memphis, Tn for a factory reset, call the Fujitsu 800 number on there web site and have your serial number handy.
Don't disassemble a Fujitsu!! Ever!
They automatically lockup as a security precaution, aren't you glad you saved some money?

You should contact the manufacturer it is already hardware issue.
If your unit is under warranty then they will replace the entire keyboard free.
