Begin with your headset turned off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button until the indicator light is solid lit in blue. It is in paring mode. Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the BT-350 should appear on-screen. Select it and make the application proceed. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing proces is successful, the headset should enter stand-by mode. The pairing process is timed. If you fail to complete it, you'll have to start it over, from the phone turned off phase. Once paired, whenever both your headset and your phone's bluetooth radios are turned on, they should connect to each other automatically. Otherwise, just press the answer/end button, and the link should be done again. In this case, it might be prudent to place the headset in your ear and check if the voice channel has been actevated (you can actually hear it). If so, either press the answer/end button again, or turn your phone off (i.e. just put it in stand-by), and make sure the voice channel has been cut off. The bluetooth connection will still be in stand-by.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Cheers!
Carlos
