Hi. Your machine probably has a fault, but I very much doubt that it needs reprogramming.
Are the free-wheel levers in the correct place? Is the machine displaying any fault codes, e.g. flashing LED's and what is the pattern or number of flashes between pauses?
Good luck. Neil.

Just replace batteries. Technician took out onboard charger because wires were frayed. Gave me external charger to use. Now indicator lights up as fully charged, but chair won't move.

Hello, this may be a late answer. I would have returned to the technician for answers, also. It may be possible to regenerate batteries so hang on to them until you have them tested. Hope this helped .

The jazzy 1113 will not start, when you press the power button the speed light comes on gets full and then turns back off

How old are the batteries? If you've had them for a few years it might be time to change them. Even if batteries are charged correctly they eventually lose power with use and need to be changed. Here is a link to the battery needed for the Jazzy 1113 http://www.replacementupsbattery.com/UB12350-NB.html

My Jazzy won't move.

If your batteries are truly charge they should read around 24.5 VDC. And if the freewheel lever is engaged and you still have no movement your probably need to get into a service tech. Also check the circuit breaker on the chair.

We have a Jazzy 1113 Power Chair. The chair is fully charged, but does not move. What might be the problem?

The battery of the chair is dead. It will say its charged but then when you take it off it will die.

You have to replace the battery.
I had the same exact problem with my father.
