I had a problem similar problem with a dav LF1. I undid a couple of screws, poped the top of the CD/DVD drive so I could them pull the disk out by hand. I then prised the slot open a bit more with my fingers and the plastic eject arm poped up, it seems it was stuck. Works fine now.

The S-Air receiver for this unit DAV-HDX576WF cuts out when i bring it upstairs. Ive read that it should go alot farther. Please Help!

Most of the distance mentioned in ads and manuals are direct line of sight. As the number of walls between the transmitter and receiver increase the range keeps dropping drastically. Its not the distance but the obstacles that come in between that matter.

Can I add a blu ray player to my DAV-FX900W theater system? If so how?

That would depend in part on the unidentified Blu-Ray player. Most have at least component video and some form of digital audio.

My advice would be to run the BluRay video directly to the TV and just run the digital audio (if it's compatible) to the Sony. No signal ever benefits from side trips to devices that don't NEED it. The fewer cables between the device and your senses, the better.
