you have to download a sumsung pc studio on your pc and connect the phone via the data cable to the pc. then configure the settings. Dont worry you can also connect your phone via bluetooth.

ther's a deligate strip connecting sound & display to phone. just go to mobile shop and ask to replace tht strip, it will solve ur problem.

Importing messages to computer is easy when we use other softwares for importing.PC studio cannot import messages from phone.Install FILE EXPLORER to transfer messages to PC.In file explorer connect phone and navigate to settings->messages->copy whatever messages you like and transfer it to the PC
