Ricoh is200e I received an is200e that was pre-configured for a different company and i would like to reset the machine. The username and password etc so i can change the settings. Do you know how to do this?

Ricoh aficio mp 2000 can't print asking for log in username and password?
I never set any log in details, I have tried Admin,Supervisor with a blank password but not working, please assist

u need to enter with username: supervisor and the password : empty.
after that go to configuration and make note do the administrator 1 is for everything in charge. from here you can change the admin password and remember it. the admin username. then logout and login with the. remembered username and the password your recent change. there for you can do anything. if this do not work. than download the NV ram data on an SD card and the content send me to email.. for additional info if you do not have some specific knowleague about this ask more questions...

Most of the scanner shows an error and sometimes it wont work because the feed roller counter reaches it life. You might have to replaced the rollers otherwise you can reset the counter by going the the web browser of the machine and look for feed roller counter reset. Then it will start again. Hope this will help.

I'm confused. Are you saying that the programmed addresses don't work, but if you manually enter an address you can send?
Was your Gmail ( or another Gmail) account formerly the account to which the machine's settings were associated?
In order to use the scan to email, whatever settings have changed in your main email account, for example: username, password, SMTP & POP servers, etc, must be changed to match.
I am prettty sure you may have some difficulty, however if your new host uses Email encryption (SSL) , because I don't think that machine is compatible, so you may have to (somehow) configure an extra email account within your Outlook, or whatever you use that does not require authentication.
