try a full unit defrost clean out vents/drains.

You have a bad defrost system on this unit, that's why you're freezing up. Call us with the model number and we'll get the correct part out to you right away. We hope to hear back from you soon.

1st i would remove all ice out of bin, clean outBIN with warm water under sink. put ice back in do not throw away for testing purposes. if worked then a cube may have been caught in bucket chopper improperly . if didnt change anything could be a bad crusher solenoid. in home service could run you 90-145 dollars depending where you live. if you do it yourself crusher dispenser solenoid will run about 30-50 DOLLARS. hope this helps
