I also had this happen to me with my Krave. I called Verizon and they had me take the battery out, and with it out, hold the power button down for 30 seconds, put the battery back in and it was fine. She said it probably got too hot in my pocket and that is how you reset it.
Not correct you can master reset the phone. As if your making a call type in ##7762726 then hit call. Screen will blink then type in 6 zeros. Then goto master reset. Anymore help just ask
