After installing ink roll I get the message "insert Yellow Sheet". I have never seen that before, can anyone help?
Have just tec support (10p per min robbers !!)
Here is what you do
OPEN MACHINE
WITH
THE NEW INK FILM IN, ROLL THE INK FILM ON ROLLER NEAREST TO YOU FORWARD
UNTIL ALL THE SILVER STRIPS TO THE RIGHT ARE NO LONGER VISIBLE (THIS IS
THE BAR CODE ON THE INK ROLL IT'S SELF)
REMOVE INK FILM FROM MACHINE
CLOSE MACHINE
TYPE
IN OK 45 OK 7117 OK (THEN IT WILL ASK IF YOU ARE SURE) YES (CHANGE WITH
< > BUTTONS BETWEEN OK BUTTON )
SET TIME AND DATE
OK
OPEN MACHINE
PUT INK FILM BACK IN
CLOSE MACHINE
YOUR DONE LOVERLY JUBBERLY !!!

I was going nuts trying to figure out how to "fix" this, as my 2-year old and our family dog had been playing "tug-o'-war with the infamous yellow sheet... you can imagine what was left if it... :-(

Well, I've done all you said but it still keeps saying "insert yellow sheet". I lost the yellow sheet ages ago.

I have not but it want you to insert a cleaning sheet to clean the machine. you should be able to just insert a plain sheet of paper and press okay or enter to fix it.
