Possible TCon board issue but check Pico fuse on Power Supply. Fuse is located near top left closer to connector plug . Fuse is marked as L7.
If faulty, replace ONLY with the correct value and type of fuse.
it cud be a fuse that has shot, is that a smart tv or older model if its an older modl i know that replacing the fuse may solve the problem you can find anything you need here..www.discountbargainprices.net
Most likely as internal Fuse is blown. This can happen when static electricity builds up to high levels.
The Fuse itself is quite cheap, but you have to dismantel the rear cover of the TV to get to it. Try looking up a diagram for the mainboard for you TV model to find the location of the fuse.
The 3 time red blink is an error indicator. What it precisely means, should be listed in your manufactorer manual, if not try looking it up online for your TV make and model.
U check the power source?Take the tv aparts, check or replaced the power fuse, might get lucky. Not,than sorry, this tv can't be repair, without replacing electronic's componnents parts.Hire the same shop to do the repair.Ur tv power ICS inverter are dead.
There maybe a switch in the back of your tv.... behind the cover where you LCD lamp goes.... make sure you have put the cover back on correctly... there may be a blue switch and it is touchy.... try that and if that is not the problem .... it may be time to replace your tv lamp. :) It is not hard find your band on the internett and have the mail it to you....... it is easy to install. :)
Will the TV turn on using the power button on top of the TV itself? If not, open the back of the TV,and look at the can shaped items called capacitors on the circuit boards. If any of them have the tops,or bottoms bulged out, they need to be replaced. This should get it working again.I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let me know.Thank You very much!

Check soldered in fuse R607 in power supply circuit =
If open, replace it and bad converter xistors ( 2SC4834)
Next, replace shorted horizontal output transistor w/ first Quality.
Solder any / all bad connects, esp.horiz drive to base of horiz.
o / p xistor. Soldering is critical or it will blow up again......
The most common problem with TV was the failure of the Horizontal Output Transistor, this will also damage 2 transistors in the power supply and a resistor in the power supply also. (From memory): Horizontal Output location # Q501, 2 power supply transistors Locations Q601, Q602, and resistor Location R607. Also solder the Horizontal drive transformer, you can find it by following the circuit board from the base of the Horizontal output. Some models used an IC instead of the 2 transistors in the powersupply, it will have six legs and check like 2 transistors. Good Luck.
