Hi the master code only works if the phone is asking for the code when you switch it on ok.
The code dont work if you can use the phone and just need to change the code from one you forgot.

Also if you have entered the code wrong more than 5 times then the phone is hard locked and then you need unlocking software and flash lead as no shop will unlock it for you incase the phone is stolen as the shop that does it has the info stored on computer for the phone companys to see causing trouble for the shop and can even get them shut down.

Right you still need the code and your phone is asking for it when you switch it on then enter the code below this code will remove the security code from the phone giving you full acess to the phone and it will no longer as you for this code if its not asking for the code when switched on the explain what you need then i can try help you another way ok.
