The Lascal BuggyBoard will fit on the Quinny Buzz in both the Pram and pushchair mode. However, it's a bit of a tight fit for your toddler. We had the same issue.

Yes you do need adaptors but the Quinny Buzz is supplied with the adaptors required when purchased brand new from a retailer. They are the same adaptors used for adding the Quinny carrycot onto the chassis.
Hello - We don't have the Maxi Cosi Mico in the UK, so we're unable to respond to questions relating to this model carseat. Please contact Dorel USA for clarification on this - [email protected]
The new Dreami will fit onto an older style chassis and likewise an older Dreami will fit onto the newer chassis.
The adaptors will not come with the Dreami, they would have come with the Buzz. If you need replacement Buzz adaptors please contact your local authorised Quinny retailer to order.
Yes, you can!
Basically, the design for the Quinny Dreami has not been changed since 2002. So any Quinny Dreami since 2002 will fit any Quinny stroller/pushchair since 2002.
I had this problem and phoned Dorell to complain. Apparently the new models have a 2nd stage seat that you use from 18 months. I have a 2007 model so I did not get this. Dorell the makers of the Quinny said that the company that I bought my Quinny from can order one from Dorell. So I went into Mothercare. It was a very long drawn out experience but my XL Seat Fabric arrived yesterday after 3 months. Also if you ask Dorell ( you can get the number from the Quinny website- should be a London number) they will send you some strap extenders for free. Hope this helps.
