My screen display is upside down. How do I fix this?
You can often press CTRL + ALT + UP/DOWN to rotate the screen if you have an integrated Intel Graphics card. Or it could be CTRL + SHIFT + UP/DOWN. One or the other.
Good luck!
Try connecting it to a different computer. If it's upside-down on another computer, then the panel is probably mounted upside-down. If it can be removed from the stand, remove it and see if it can be mounted the other way.
If it's correct on another computer, then your graphics settings are incorrect. Assuming you're running Windows, go to Display Properties, Settings tab, click Advanced button, look for a tab describing your video adapter (usually ATI or NVIDIA). In the video adapter's setup there is usually a Rotation option. The rotation option may be set to 180-degrees instead of Normal or 0-degrees.

There are 4 screws on the back that connect the monitor to the stand. Remove them and turn the monitor right side up and replace the screws tightly. OR you can change your layout in your video card settings.

here are the steps how you can control your screen.
Image rotation is enabled by default and is activated by the default key combination <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <F1>.
Once it is activated, you can rotate the display with the additional "Hot Keys":
<Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Right Arrow>
<Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Down Arrow>
<Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Left Arrow>
<Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Up Arrow>
To disable this Hot Key Feature, remove the check from the Enable Hot Keys selection box in the Extended Graphics properties.
