NO manufacturer has an assembly guide as all the chairs are shipped assembled, or mostly assembled. Most have battery replacement guides and other minor issue stuff, but nothing to take the chair fro womb to tomb.

I need to know how many blinks you are getting ie 4 blinks pause 4 blinks pause etc. If you can count the number of blinks between pauses then we can figure out what the error is. Hope this helps

DJ, Did Medicare purchase your Mom's chair? You can contact Sunrise Medical at 1-800-333-4000 and ask if the chair is under warranty. You will have to give them the chair's serial number.
If the chair is less than a year old then all the parts are under warranty except the batteries. If it is not under warranty and Medicare purchased her chair contact Repair Xpress at 1-877-581-3733 to get it repaired medicare will cover 80% of the repair costs Hope this helps you
I think you have locked your controller, or put it in "sleep mode". Turn on the chair again and push the joystick forward, then to reverse, then forward again and release. It should fire up. Let us know if that worked.
You will need two, sealed lead-acid, deep-cycle batteries. Go to a battery shop, not Sears or such and make sure you tell them they are for a power chair. Most chairs take U1 batteries, but larger chairs take group 22, and the biggest chairs use group 24. Mini-chairs vary, so take the batts in with you.
