Just turn on bluetooth of your mobile and computer. After some seconds go to My Computer and find the model of your mobile phone under the head of Other Devices, it will show as a folder. Open it and get your required pictures just by adapting copy and paste method.

unplug then open the case then remove the little white plug from rear of switches job done no power light or buttons but picture is fine ; )

I don't know that it is a poblem, and I don't know if it can be fixed.
Too many variables: the camera, the USB plugs, the USB cable, the software, the possible interference, and so on.

Have you tried to upload the pictures and videos using a card reader?
