I would like to know how to program the fax machine so I can receive a receipt of confirmation that the fax has been delievered to its destination correctly.

Check the "Journal and Lists" section of the manual (pages 141 and following).

Our Panafax UF-550 will not give us confirmations that our faxes were sent. Also, the Date, Time, and percentage is flashing and it never did that before. Can you Please help me?

Time and Date
function-7-1-start- adjust the time and date hit start then stop

comm journal
function-7-4-start-1-2-start-2"should say always"-start-stop

your time on incomming fax
function-7-4-start-9-start-2"should say valid"start-stop

I have a Panafax UF332 fax machine and the operating manual cannot be found. How do I set the fax machine to automatically receive messages, not by telephone. Someone set the machine to receive by phone.

Clearing Memory

go into service mode then into ram initialize and do all job clear. yo avoid this happening again set "inc. file save to invalid"

Check the link -- if this is the correct device page 44 of the first english manual has the code for changing the confirmation page setting.

Fax does not print a confirmation page.

Use Function 8 not 6 and use set to lock it in. Lawrence

Apparently, you can set it for the default condition or you
can set it for the current fax you are sending.

To set the default:
1. Press "Function" then "74" then "Set"
2. Press "12" then "Set"
3. Press "1" for OFF
Press "2" for ALWAYS
Press "3" for INCOMPLETE only
4. Press "Set"
5. Press "Stop"

If you want to over-ride the default for the current fax,
1. Press "Function" then "8"
2. Press "1" then "Set"
3. Press "1" for OFF
Press "2" for ON (always print out)
Press "3" for INCOMPLETE only
4. Press "SET
