E007 means that the fuser film inside the Fuser unit is damaged which needs to be replaced, or the white patch on the fuser film is dirty and it just needs to be cleaned. I recommend getting a canon technician to fix it,

This is a problem with the fuser unit, this is the section that heats up. Once the code comes up you will need a service tech to come out to check your copier. The code can only be reset by entering the service mode. If your lucky and all looks well in there it may just need to be reset with no parts to be replaced.

The erreor code E007 has to do with the fixing ***'y upper film ***'y or roller. It is saying that the film is not moving in and out of "HP" Most of the time it means that the fusing film is torn and not moving properly. If you are getting paper jams in the fusing area and or unfixed or smeared copies. You most likly need to have the fusing film ***'y replaced. It could also be that it is out of place and needs to be readjusted. The only problem is that it's a little tricky to get to and not a bad idea to have a new film to replace the old one while you have it out. Good Luck
