*Turn off the phone
*take off battery & put back in
*press and hold down the right & left silver buttons just under the screen
*with stylus press in the hole on the right side of battery
*after 10Sec you will be prompted to press the R key
*If successful press the space key to finalize changes

    Nobody should try pressing that hole,that's the location of the antenna and doing that can result in poor signal reception later. I wonder if 'gurucell' just wants to cruelly mislead people in to damaging their xpensive fones.

Unlock with google email
To unlock the pattern screen lock, sign in with your Google account.
1. After 30 seconds, tap Forgot pattern?
2. The user need to log in with the primary gmail.com e-mail address and not the alternative email address connected to the Google account.
3. Tap the username field and enter the primary Google account user name.
4. Tap the password field and enter the primary Google account password.
5. Draw a new unlock pattern and tap Continue .
6. Draw the new unlock pattern again and tap Continue .

My phone XPERIA X10i is too many pattern attemps, is asking to sing in my google account, but is not working out
the only way I know is to master reset it, create new google account or use the previous one to activate it.

Pattern lock
???

It's a pattern that you set yourself then have to use the same pattern to unlock your phone for use.

Seriously I would set up a gmail account if you don't already have one.
Then if yourself or meddling fingers input the wrong pattern 5 times all you have to do is put your username and password from your gmail account into it to get it working again.

There is no pre-installed pattern. You have to make your own.
