To open the shaver you will need to gently pry off the cap on the bottom. This is the piece of plastic that surrounds the hole for the charger. Once removed, the side grips will pull away revealing 4 screws. Remove screws and take off back cover. Then lift out circuit board. For easier replacement, it is sometimes suggested that you use a modified installation technique. This is to break the tabs off of the old batteries rather than unsoldering them from the circuit board. This allows the old batteries to be removed but leaves the tabs attached to the circuit board. You can then solder the tabs from the new batteries to the old existing tabs.
Reassemble in reverse order
Open Power Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking Power Options.
On the Select a power plan page, next to the plan you want to change, click Change plan settings.
On the Change settings for the plan page, click Change advanced power settings.
On the Advanced settings tab, expand Battery, expand Low battery level, Reserve battery level, and Critical battery level. Change the percentage of battery remaining that you want for each level, and then click OK.
