Unit makes electrical buzzing noise and tv shuts off.

When i turn on my rca d52w19 tv it makes an electrical buzzing noise then shuts itself off.then it turns itself back on again.No picture. I removed the speaker front to find the green flashes rapidly and the keeps trying to turn on. the model # on the unit is GRNHYB-570 also has the no. 1849431342473 can these be replaced and for how much?

My RCA projection tv makes a loud buzzing, humming noise. Does as soon as turned on even before picture comes on, does not stop till tv is turned off.

buzzing noise is cause by small electrical arc inside the unit or a problem in your audio circuit.if you can open the unit up and check if its an electrical arc.

The caps in these sets rarely bulge. Try checking the Horizontal Output Transistor (HOT). I suspect that it is shorted. The noise you are hearing is the power supply attempting to fire. With the defect further on, the power supply will turn itself off as a safety valve.

Check capacitors cp150,cp114,cp120 if any of the capacitors are puffed up on top replace all 3 of them 2200uf 16v and (2) 220uf 35v

Will not turn on

Does the set make any sounds. DOes the front green led light or flash when you try to turn it on.. if not then it could be as simple as a fuse, if it does flash then it can be many problems
