Picture too large for screen

The picture is too large for the screen. Tops of people's heads cut off and text below and at the sides not visible.

Mine did not fix, picture is still huge and pushed to bottom of screen so the top is black all the way across

The aspect ratio is zoomed in. Change the aspect ratio and the picture will go back to normal.

Press "wide mode" on TV remote until it is on "full". Check for same on set-top box.

Screen cuts off top of heads


Check the menu settings for the picture. You may be expanding the image to fill the sides, in the process, cutting the top and bottom.

Have you tried the "Aspect" button below the menu keys of the remote? Try "Full" Aspect and see if this improves things for you.

hi, this can be resolved by trimming the output in the formatting section of the menu screen. (display options). you wil want to choose the 16:9 format. this will keep everything inside the screen boundaries.

take zoom offf on dish and the tv it sel use normal 16 .9 ,mode when u push screen in to it use 1024x768 60 hertz ok
