That sounds like an SDHC card...make sure your camera can use it.

Camera works fine until i plug it into the printer, at that moment the LCD screen goes off and wont come on again so i can't print any pictures

Normally there is a kodak software you run on the PC and it show you the pics from the camera. Your trying to print directly to the printer without a PC? If so then you would use the printer menu.

UPDATE: Found the 310 user manual online from the Kodak site.

I have an easy share c310, I bought a memory card, how do I formate and earse the card. I Have no book on this camera.

Make sure it's an SD and not an SDHC card. Press the MENU button. Use up/down to highlight Setup (four horizontal sliders) and press the OK button. Use up/down to highlight "Format" and press OK.

What type of memory card do i use for kodak easy share c310 camera

The C310 works with MMC and SD cards. MMC cards are nearly obsolete and hard to find, so I suggest SD cards. Be sure you get an SD card, 2GB and smaller. Larger cards are actually SDHC cards and will not work in the C310.

The Kodak will only format memory card under 1gb in size, for some reason it wont work on bigger cards

What must i do, because my camera doesn;t formatting

If you have an older Kodak digital camera, it probably won't format a new card unless it is under 4gb - I had to return my new 4 and 6 gb cards for a 2 gb. Now it works.

A new SD card 2 GB wil not work in my C310 kodak digital camera Message in camera "memory card full" message in card reader when trying to format the card says "write protected" Is this card too Big?

No, the C310 will handle a 2GB card.

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Kodak c310 camera won't format new SD 2GB card old card same size

Older C310s won't take that large a card. Try to exchange it for a 1 GB or smaller. I had the same problem - a PNY 1 GB works fine

Kodak memory card error

Hey hardygurl198,
What is most likely going on is you need to format the card so it will work in your camera. Every time you get a new memory card for a digital camera or if you put a memory card formatted to a different camera in a new digital camera you will need to format the memory card before you can use it. Directions on how to format your memory card are on page 27 of your camera manual, and I have provided a link to a PDF download of your manual in case you need it. I hope this helps!
