If even a very small piece of paper is in the paper path it could cause this issue. You may need to have a technician take the printer apart to see what the cause is. If you can indicate exactly where inside it may be causing the paper to crease it would indicate whether one of the rollers is causing the issue or not, you may have a roller that is needing to be replaced. If you haven't had your printer looked at by a technician in a while it may be time to get a maintenance cleaning done which would resolve your issue and also indicate if there is any major problems going on with your printer.

I have Kyocera FS-3900DN , it shows on the display error code (call service 6030:1022274) thanks

Hi,
This problem is caused by a poor contact in the fuser connector terminals.
Check both sides of the connection (in the printer and fuser unit) In most cases we will find small pieces of paper inside printer connector causing poor contact between printer and fuser unit connector.

Hope i was of any help. If i was, please rate me.
Thank you.

The printer is creasing the paper, usually a couple of inches in from the right margin. This happens for the first few pages after the printer has been idle for a while.

This problem usually occurs due to moisture absorption by paper sheets. If the printer has been idle for some time, then prior to printing either remove a couple of top sheets (which absorb more moisture) from the sheet holder, or dry the entire lot of sheets by placing under hot air drier or incandescent bulb or room heater.
