I got a new phone (Blackberry 8520) and when i try to log on it doesn't accept my pin. It gives authentication error. I've confirmed my pin by have it sent to me to my phone. I started Mxit with a login name called Kuifie, then eventually i changed it to Luke and i tried to logon with username: Luke and my pin but to no avail, still getting Authentication Error. My cellnumber is: 27825627214
I still have my previous phone and if i switch it on and go to mxit it logs me on but i've logged off from mxit and even switched off the phone when i tried to log onto the new phone.

Try to log in with the login name you used first see if that works.

unfortunatly your samsung mobile phone can not support this application & it is because ofits old platform of it.generally these models like d900,d840,d600,d500,....& some U family phones cant soppurt a lot of usual applications that other phones can play them easily...good luck
