My account has reached expert in gaming section .. after applying for premium I had to wait 3 days until the reply... after 3 days the request was done,, but now I don't know whether it's accepted or not.. furthermore the button used to be clickable after the request was done and I was able to access the requesting again but when I press "send request" the browser doesn't move as if I hadn't clicked,, now i returned to fixya after three weeks (had exams) and the button is all gray and unclickable... what do I do now,, am I premium? or do I have to do something to reach premium???

As of today, premium questions are no longer available on Fixya and you cannot apply. Premium services were offered in the past, but Fixya moved to an all free modal some time ago.

Here's what you need to do:
1. Make sure that the solutions you're posting meet our Premium Expert Criteria.
2. Earn a Category Expert Badge. You can track your progress by expanding the "Earn More Badges" section on the right of your My FixYa page. Keep in mind that this count only updates every couple of hours.
3. Apply via a banner that will appear on the right of your My FixYa page. Your application will be processed within 3-7 days.
The most important thing is to make sure you're posting high-quality solutions that meet our criteria.

Click on My Fixya > My Account and scroll down and you'll see a place on left which says Apply to Become a Premium Expert. If you are eligible, you'll be able to click Apply Now. Fixya will then send you a mail with the decision.
You need to apply as FixYa Phone Expert. Click My Account, then scroll down until you see the "Apply to become a Premium Phone Support Expert!". You need to have a US phone line to be able to do so. Once your application was submitted, wait for FixYa's email for instructions.
It shows that the your application is rejected. But it should change to this only after seven not three days. There may be a technical issue with the site which are not uncommon (but are corrected in a short time). In addition you should have received an e-mail like "You are missing something...".
Continue providing free answers and reapply after seven days or your application will not be accepted. Keep in mind the rules of answering and you will be accepted. I got my approval in less than a month.

Its not that your answer's were not good but Fixya also requires you to have spent some time here. Don't worry your solutions are good.
I usually e-mail Lauren or fixya staff for any issues with the site. You can try that also. The reply is usually within 3 days. Support e-mail address can be found in FAQs. You can also interact with other experts by visiting the lounge. Hope this was of some help.
