I have a logitech webcam and when i try to talk to someone, there is an X on my webcam area. it doesn't allow them to see me.

Install the drivers for your particular model of webcam.

GTalk, Yahoo messenger, msn messenger, Skype etc. will allow you webcam data transfer...

try using the IM software called Trillian. it is a IM interface that will allow you to talk to people on AOL, MSN, YAHOO, IRC and you also have the feature that will let you use your webcam to talk to anyone.

IHave her check to see how much memory she has in her computer. Not enough memory will cause intermitten freese ups. Adding more memory will eliminate that problem and cause her computer to run faster. Hope this helps. Bud
