Please call the costumer care of your sim card network operator (service provider). They will give you the number, note that if you enter random numbers several times, it'll damage the sim card and will not be usable anymore, So i suggest you not to do anything with it till you get the number from the Service Provider. No one can unlock it, it's saved on the database of the Network Operator. They will give you the number and will instruct you how to do it. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa

Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card, the PUK code is not a security code for the phone so your phone is not locked.
Now you have 2 options if you need to use the sim card that is in the phone now and is asking for the security code then all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them for the PUK code, so if your with say vodafone you give vodafone a ring and ask them, they wont charge for giving you this code and once you have it you will be able to use that sim card in the phone.
Option 2 you could go out and get another sim card for the phone, if you choose this option then the phone wont ask for the PUK code so then your phone will be working.
plus if you buy a new sim card or get on for free as most are now then you should get the PUK code with the new sim card in case you ever need it in the future.
What ever you do dont try guessing the code as you can lock the sim card for good and this means you will also need to get a new sim card and maybe a code for the phone to accept that network.
you will get between 5 and 10 chances before the sim card will be locked.
Each sim card has its own unique PUK code and this will only work with the sim card that is asking for the PUK code so jusr remember this when putting the PUK code in make sure you have the correct sim card thats asking for the PUK code its best when you ring them up to give them the numbers written on the sim card.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
