SOURCE: I NEED TO REPLACE BROKEN GLASS TOP OF MAYTAG MODEL
ITS A LITTLE TRICKY, WHEN YOU GET YOUR NEW ONE LAY DOWN A OLD BLANKET PUT YOUR NEW ONE UPSIDEDOWN ON IT DISCONECT POWER THEN REMOVE YOUR OLD ONE .OPEN THE OVEN DOOR THERE IS 2 OR 3 SCREWS ON THE TOP OPENING HOLDING IT DOWN REMOVE THEM AND SLOWLY LIFT TOP UP AND SLOWLY PULL FORWARD. YOU WILL SEE A CONNECTOR TO DISCONECT ALL THE WIRES THEN LAY COOKTOP UPSIDEDOWN NEXT TO THE NEW ONE. SLOLY REMOVE SCREWS THAT HOLD BURNERS ON BRAKETS. I MARK THE HOLES ON THE BURNERS WITH A SHARPY

SOURCE: my fedder dehumidifier m7dh45b2a makes an annoying noise
Hi,
This noise is the vibration from the compressor...sometimes things can come loose and magnify the noise...check for loose parts and tighten as needed...
The compressor may also be going bad...
Here is a tip that I wrote to help people to figure out what is going wrong with their dehumidifier.
Dehumidifier is running but no water is in bucket

SOURCE: I need to find a part (float) part #FD5405-010 and
If it's still available (many of the Fedders parts aren't,) more than likely you can find it at Appliance Factory Parts. http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/
Good luck. I hope this helps you.

eBay is the most likely source of some older equipment. It is searchable by anyone for free, but used equipment would cost you. Professional repair services would also be an option for you, instead of a do it yourself repair.
Is it over 12 years old, so a source of parts would probably be taken from used Maytag air conditioners, you might find by searching, as parts would no longer be currently under production in the factories.
