I have Comcast Smartzone Email program. Once or twice a day, after composing an email, particularly a long one, I hit 'Send' and get that annoying message 'Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?'' If I hit 'O.K', I lose everything, but if I hit 'cancel' I can stay on that page, but can't save it, draft it, or send it. How can I permanently disable that ''Navigate'' program? It serves no purpose, but to cause me to lose a lot of work.
Short and sweet? Dump comcast I have no affiliation with any others so this is just my opinion. The software problem you are describing sounds like it is built right into the comcast web mail site and if it is you cannot get rid of it unless you dump comcast. Sorry Hope this helps

Open your email program. Look for 'compose', 'create' or 'new email' and add the email address to the individual you want to send the mail to. Enter a subject. Write your text. Click on send, and you are done. Now you can wait to see what the reply is in the same email program.
If you need to respond back, just hit the reply button and enter your text. Once again hit send.
Ask COMCAST for the names of their POP-server and of their MAIL-server, and configure Outlook Express to use those names.
Microsoft Live Mail is "web-based" -- all you need to do is to web-surf to their web-site, login, and click "send/receive" or click "compose" and later "send".
If your outlook is set up to download emails from comcast.net then go into your outlook program, click on tools, goto accounts. click on the mail tab. Delete your account there.
If your outlook program uses a different email address other then your comcast.net email address you should go into your youtube profile and change your contact email address to the comcast.net email address.
If we talk about smartzone from ineternet provider comcast, that's a common issue as the settings offered by smartzone is not compatible for attachments...You would be able to download attachments from yahoo, gmail and so on. The same has been conveyed to comcast and they are working on it.
If we talk about A10 software pop up, follow the link
This sounds very virus like. I would go to the Internet and go to one of the free virus scanners (put free virus scanner into your choice of search engine )and scan the computer for viruses. Then if after that you are still getting thrown out of your email, I would check the email program settings. Comcast also has a help desk that I would consider calling if the problem continues.
open up your email program go up to the top left hand corner and click on tools and then click on options go to the send tap and see if the close after sending box is checked if it is uncheck it save and close close out your mail program and reboot when you restart the program should be fine
