Hi, Does it do with original DVD or copied DVD ?. if the original one works fine but the others not, your DVD may not capable of playing copy -R/RW discs..even though your DVD specs says: Plays DVD-Video, video-mode DVD-R/RW and DVD+R/RW, CD-R/CD-RW, MP3 CD, Kodak Picture CD, and JPEG image CDs, sometimes this happens due to bad recording of DVD .Try to use better recorded DVD or if possible use the original ones..
