If the cellphone was originally purchased from a provider, that provider may be able to still give you the PUK code. Assuming you still have a good standing relationship with the provider, that is.

U dnt hav 2 worry.Just switch off ur phone,remove ur sim card and replace it back,then switch on d phone.If it stil shows d same message,contact ur network service provider.

It probably wants your PUK code. You will need to contact customer service if you don't have your SIM receipt (should have code on it). I hope this helps.

what has happened is that the original owner has reported it to O2 and they have applied an IMEI bar to the handset that will be circulated to all uk networks. So unfortunately the phone is now useless! Dont bother spending money trying to unlock as you would be wasting your money once all the networks know. It probably worked for a while because the owner didnt report it straight away. Shame, not a bad phone!

Follw these steps
1>If you want to unlock your phone put a sim from another company then type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone.
2> Push exit and then push 7, it will reset again. 3>Put your other sim in and it will say sim lock, type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. 4>Type in *0141# then the green call batton and it's unlocked to all networks.
If still it dosent work
You will have to reset your phone without a sim in it by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# or
To unlock a Samsung turn the phone off take the sim card and type the following code *#pw+15853649247w# .

Any chance its a AT&T Phone? This has been happening quite a bit with our AT&T Phones aswell, Saying Emergency calls only? The Sim card is about to go out, Take it to your Carrier and get a new sim. Thanks

try to take ur sim out wipe it through then out sim an battery bk in see if it works

this is a common problem with the e250. All you have to do it get a s/w upgrade for the phone from the nearest samsung customer service.
