My whirl pool 1400 will not drain the water wat could be wrong it is not blocket and it makes a terible noise please enny one out there i need help

Them washer are what you call high efficiency washers.HE. They only use 1 gallon of water to wash them clothes. You go adding more than a teaspoon of soap and that washer is gonna have a cow. Over a period of time that soap gonna build up so much the washer is gonna just give-up the ghost.
