Seems as if you're snapping the shutter before the lens has focused. Have you tried manual focus or single-server auto focus?

SOURCE: Nikon 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G AF-S DX Zoom Nikkor repair manual

The only problem with doing this repair yourself, is that upon re-assembly you will need the Nikon software and hardware to readjust and calibrate the lens. Try sending it to PhotoTech Repair Service in NYC. They are Nikon authorized, and can do the repair under warranty if you still have it. Also if you join they're facebook page, they will give you a 10% discount.
Here is the facebook page link, it has everything you need to send it in.

How to take apart Nikon lens 28-300mm

Do you have a lens collimator and other equipment needed to reassemble the lens properly? Otherwise you may as well disassemble it with a sledgehammer---it'll work just as well afterwards.

I'm not questioning your ability, but your equipment. Would you rebuild a car engine using the tools in your kitchen? Would you service a flat-screen television using the automotive tools in your garage? A camera lens is a precision piece of equipment, requiring its own specialized tools.

Why wont my Nikon af nikkor 70-300mm G lens autofocus its self with my D5000 camera

The D5000 does not have a focus motor in the body, relying on the lens to have one. The old 70-300mm G lens does not have a focus motor, relying on the camera to have one. Thus, this combination will not autofocus.
The newer 70-300mm AF-S G lens, as well as the even newer 70-300mm VR AF-S lens, do have the autofocus motor and thus will autofocus on the D5000.

I have a Nikon D3100 and want to buy a zoom lens 70-300.Please help I am confused is a Nikon AF Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4-5.6G compatible? And is it automatic focus?

That lens will work with the D3100, except for the autofocusing. In order to autofocus with the D3100, you need AF-S lenses, such as the AF-S VR Zoom-NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED or the
AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR.

My Nikkor 70-300mm lens will not zoom

First thing: Don't try to zoom it at all anymore. The mechanism inside is broken or somehow disconnected, and you can make it worse by trying. Please take it in for repairs as a camera pro will need to look at it.
