If you can't recall your lock code, try using the last four digits of
either your Social Security number, or last 4 digits of your phone number, or try 0000, 1234, or 9999, or NATL (6285).

If none of these work, use another phone to call Sprint Customer Service at: 1-888-211-4PCS (4727), or your phone carrier (if not Sprint) for a lock reset.

I have three options for you:

1. Get the lock code from your girlfriend (hopefully she will comply if she remembers it)
2. Try the last four numbers of your mobile number (this is the default lock code)
3. Last resort: Call customer service with your service provider.

type ##3282# then go down to advanced then click view, then lock code and it will display the 4 digit code

I am soo sorry for you. You have locked your phone and forgotten the code. Not a good thing, sprint and all cellphone companies have regulations meaning that password cannot be retrieved ever. There is no way to access that information so you will need to either go in or call in and get your phone hard reset. You will lose everything but you will have access to your phone again. I am sorry for you but remember the lock code in the future or don't lock it at all. Hope that helps :)
