The admin password is 12345678 yes you can change the password you will need to log into the tech rep mode once in tech rep mode you need to press the following buttons stop 0, then the C button
once this is done you then select admin password and change it
CAUSE: Machine memory is corrupt and the max out time needs to be increased.
SOLUTION: Perform a Data Clear:
1. Enter the Tech Rep mode.
2. Press System 1.
3. Press Initialization.
4. Press Data Clear.
Also browse to the NIC, enter Admin mode and set the connection timeout for E-mail to 300 seconds.
c-2557= ATDC Sensor abnormality
to reset go to service mode,
to enter service mode perform these steps,
1-press utility/counter button from the panel,
2-press check details, and press "STOP" 0,0, STOP 0,1
3-now you are in service mode,
4-click on tech rep mode,or Adjustment
5-now click on "Printer"
6-here increase the value, suppose you have 150, make it 170, press the clear button to clear it and enter new value which should be more than the previous one.
press enter and exit from the service mode.
usualy this means the drum was replaced without replacing the developer do the steps listed below and the machine will work until the developer can be replaced:
1 press the utility button
2 meter and details buttons
3 enter tech rep mode; stop,0,0stop,0,1
4 select tech rep choice mode
5 select printer tab
6 select atdc sensor gain
7 set value to 167
back all the way out to the ready screen then power the machine off then on. should work
tha minolta di3510 developer unit looks the same as the unit for the konica minolta bizhub 350 but the toner sensor in the minolta unit uses a different voltage range for the toner sensor and it will throw this code make sure you have the correct unit for this machine also you can try this go back into tech rep mode and change these settings: select tech rep choice mode select printer tab select atdc sensor gain set the value to about 165 then back all the way out to the ready screen and power the machine off then back on and replenish toner in the user management screen.
You need to go into tech rep mode to reset.
press: stop 0 0 stop 0 1, then 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0, press enter, then press counter on the left, select life, then highlight image trans roller and press the C button, repeat for paper dust remover and exit tech rep mode
