Repair/replacement of charger under warranty

Dear sir,
As per discussions held with you i am attaching herewith the bill
bearing number T12/519 dated 19.07.09 from E ZONE-
BANGALORE(KORMANDALA)and its charger which is under warranty period is
not working.I went to m/s sharda computers at 45,mahesh colony jaipur
but they have expressed their inability to entertain my complaint since
the above bill is not bearing serial numbers of the laptop.
The details of laptop under above bill is as under:
Model:acer aspire 5738-643g32Mn
S/N.LXPAKOX0049222FBC12000
SNID -92219552120

The service centre at jaipur has advised to get the serial number
endorsed on the bill along with affixing seal of the dealer which is
not possible for me to arrange since right now i am in jaipur.
I therefore request you to please advise the service
centre at jaipur m/s sharda computers,mahesh colony,tonk road,jaipur
with the advise not to harrash the customers for no faults of them and
repair/replace the charger at once.
I have tendered the charger at their service centre at jaipur with the
condition to pay the charges if the information furnished by me found
to be incorrect at any point of time and to attend the same immediately
with/without getting confirmation from the dealer/acer service centre
I further wish to give feed back to you please advise the dealers to
endorse the serial number on the bills in future to each and every
customer so they may not face the problem like me.
Kindly reply/confirm having redressed my grievances/complaint by return
e mail address as mentioned below.

customers so as to save the reputation and image of the company and in
this competitive era where survival of the fittest and after sale
services is one of the important aspect attached with the sale of an
item. further please note that the DELL brand is providing after sale
services at the doorstep and we can find the difference in services
since one other brand of notebook with us is of DELL.please introspect
and take feed back and update accordingly.

The headset Blueparrott B-150 stopped working. What is the problem (? battery? fuse)

You indicated that your Blueparrott B150 stopped working. If your headset is displaying an indicator light when it is plugged into the charger the battery is receiving power. If you remove the headset from the charger and it will not turn on or function properly there could be an issue with one of the control circuits.

If you don't receive any indicator lights while your headset is plugged into the charger the charger fuse may simply need replacing. My first recommendation in this scenario would be to try the other charger that came with the headset. All Blueparrott Headsets come with both AC (wall) and DC (car) chargers. Replacement fuses for the DC (car charger) can be purchased at almost any automotive supply store. If you unscrew the knurled ring at the tip of the charger the tip will come off for fuse access (NOTE - be mindful that the tip is under spring pressure). Replacement chargers can be purchased on line at www.vxicorp.com.

If one of the control circuits is the issue the headset will need service. The VXi, Blueparrott B150 has a two year repair warranty from date of purchase. Please call our After Market Services Department at 800-742-8588 x2011 to obtain a return authorization number (or RA#). After you have received your RA# you may send us your headset to us via any means you choose (prepaid) with your RA# marked on the package, please include a copy of your invoice or receipt. If you do not have a copy of your proof of purchase we use the production date in the serial number as the warranty default start date. If the headset is in warranty the After Market Services group will either replace your unit with like new product or repair your headset as necessary. In either case, our goal is to turn the unit around for outbound shipping in two business days (please note this goal can be affected by volume at the time your unit arrives).

A SAMSUNG WINDOW AIRCONDITIONER WAS GIFTED TO ME BY A DEAR RELATIVE. HE PURCHASED IT ON DATED 7/8 DECEMBER 2008 BUT BILL OF SUCH NOT GIVEN AND RETAINED BY HIM AND FURTHER LOST.IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2011...

Unfortunately, there si no way to do it under warranty, without a dated Proof of Purchase. However, it sounds like your relative may have purchased an Extended Warranty. As 60 months sounds extremely long for a window unit. But, here again, without proof of that, there's not much, if anything that you can do under warranty. If Samsung quoted you a price of several hundred dollars or more, it would be less expensive in the long run, to buy a new window unit. That way, you would have full warranty coverage.

Phone does not except charger

I work at an AT&T store--if you were to bring this into the store we would check to see if it would accept a charge from another charger we have in the store. If it does accept the charge we would see how long you have had the phone. If you've had the phone for less than one year the charger is under manufacturer warranty and an AT&T Corporate store would replace the charger for free. If you are out of warranty you would have to purchase a new charger.

If the phone does accept the charge from our charger--it would be deemed a "phone problem" same thing--if your phone is less than one year old, and there is no physical damage we would replace it via warranty which is (1-800-801-1101) If it is not under warranty we would then check if you had insurance (if you do have insurance it's a 50$ deductible to appear on your next month bill.) if you don't have insurance we would check to see if you're eligible for upgrade. (You can dial *NEW# from your cell phone for a free text to see upgrade date.) If you're eligible for upgrade you can get a new phone discounted to you if you agree to sign a new two year contract. If you're not down to sign--then you're stuck using an old AT&T phone you may have, or buying one at the no commitment price.

Its not matter if you not have a bill. You can refer to HP Site to check whether its under warranty or not. If yes you can contact the Service Center.

I need help calling someone that can repair an LG AC that has a bad compreser under warranty

Get prepared by going to outdoor section and record model plus serial
number. Get installer invoice or bill of sale from retailer to establish start-up date. If installer or retailer now not in business, go to LG
website and acquire local distrubtor/service contractor number.
Please note any licensed contractor can replace compressor no charge
if all warranty conditions met, but may have to charge for labour if not
covered under warranty.

If you're using a good outlet and the unit is connected to the charger correctly, and there is simply no charge going to the unit, it sounds like it needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the unit can't be repaired. It is possible only the charger or cord needs to be replaced. The unit comes with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Please call the number above so that we can determine your warranty eligibility and/or discuss the possibility of replacing any non-working parts.
