My first answer would be to turn it off and back on. Doing that will free up short term memory on the device. If that fails you have a TF slot, which would support a micro SD card up to 32GB. I honestly think taking your device to a best buy would be a good idea, they can probably open the card and make sure it is compatible before you buy it. Just remember to tell them no larger than 32 GB. Good luck!
A TF card is a TransFlash card, an early Sandisk term for their micro-SD card. They are interchangeable, so just look for a micro-SD card of whatever size you want.
